- Collecting Conditional Releases from Subcontractors
- Emailing/Phoning Subcontractors for Invoicing
- Collecting Unconditional Releases from Subcontractors
- Maintain Subcontractor Portfolios
- Collecting W9’s
- Collecting Certificate of Insurances
- Auto
- General Liability
- Workers Compensation
- Collecting Licenses
- Updated Credit Card Charges on QuickBooks
- Reaching out to Project Managers & Site Superintendents for Receipts
- Allocating Credit Card Charges in Dropbox/Procore Expense Report
- Dropbox/Procore
- Maintaining each Project is in the Correct Folder Format
- Main Folder Responsibilities will be:
- Construction Invoices Folder
- Construction Work Authorizations Folder
- Subcontractor Folder
- Expense Folder
- Expense Report:
- Logging in Checks Paid Out to Subcontractor’s
- Log Approved Proposals & Change Orders from Subcontractors
- Work Authorizations:
- Maintaining Work Authorization Log up to Date (Approved, Pending, or Voided)
- Ensure that Construction Spreadsheet is Up to Date with Approved Work Authorizations
- Approvals to be Saved in Corresponding Work Authorization Sub-folder
Assistant Accounts Manager will be in direct contact with the Accounts Manager to ensure that all financial aspects are in order. Assistant Accounts Manager will work directly under the supervision of the Accounts Manager and ensure that there is clear communication in daily tasks and deadlines.
